Melissa holds a BA in Business Administration & Management from Southern Adventist University. With over 10 years of administrative assistant experience in customer relations and service, she is passionate about helping employers and customers solve their problems & find the best solutions.

She currently is studying to be a virtual assistant and finding ways to leverage her current skills .

Originally from Southern California, she has lived in the MidWest with her pilot husband and now resides in Central California. She loves books, hiking, & cooking.
